About "What's New"...
This website was launched on February 25, 2002 to introduce the new Certified Savory Product line. Sokol and Company's Shield Brand line of industrial anchovy ingredients set the standard 20 years ago. The line has grown-up in many ways and transformed at the same time. Now we're Certified Savory.
The "What's New" section will be used to announce new product releases, trade show information and other current news. We'll also tell you as soon as the site is expanded to allow on line sample ordering, and give expert application advice.
